Dr. Hussein's practice is built around a simple idea: good aesthetic work should go unnoticed. Patients are treated conservatively and in stages, with the aim of restoring proportion rather than adding volume, and of leaving a face that still moves and still reads as itself.

He treats across the full range of aesthetic dermatology — Botox and dermal fillers, collagen biostimulators, laser and energy-based lifting and tightening, hair restoration and medical skincare — alongside the medical dermatology background that underpins all of it. That breadth matters because the recommendation can follow the problem, not the equipment. Patients frequently arrive asking for a treatment by name and leave having been advised towards a different one, or towards nothing at all.

Laser and energy-based treatment

Here, laser means medical resurfacing: fractional CO2 for acne scarring and texture, pigment-selective wavelengths for melasma and sun damage, radiofrequency microneedling and focused ultrasound for laxity, and vascular devices for thread veins. Each answers a different problem, and a device used on a problem it was not designed for can do more harm than no treatment at all. Every laser and device treatment at this practice is carried out by Dr. Hussein himself.

Experience across the region

His patients are overwhelmingly Middle Eastern and Gulf Arab in skin type, and that is not an incidental detail. Fitzpatrick type IV to VI skin behaves differently — it is more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, it scars differently, and several laser and peel protocols developed for lighter skin carry real risk when applied unmodified. Treatment selection here is made with that as the starting assumption.

The climate matters too. Year-round high UV levels in the Gulf accelerate photoageing and drive pigmentation disorders such as melasma, and they make sun protection a load-bearing part of any treatment plan.

Consultations

Consultations are conducted in Arabic or English. You will be given a written plan with costs, and you will not be asked to commit on the day. Where a treatment is not appropriate for you, you will be told so directly — including when the honest answer is that surgery, medication or no intervention at all would serve you better than anything offered here.

A note on expectations. Every treatment described on this site carries risks as well as benefits, and results vary between individuals. No aesthetic treatment is guaranteed, so no one here will promise you a specific outcome. Risks, alternatives and realistic outcomes are discussed in full before you consent to anything.
