Botox & Fillers
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
A small amount of filler, placed precisely, can straighten the profile of a nose, camouflage a dorsal hump, lift a drooping tip, or correct a visible asymmetry — in about fifteen minutes, without surgery, and usually with only minor swelling for two to three days. It adds volume rather than removing it, so it cannot make a large nose smaller.

Who it suits
People with a modest dorsal hump, a slightly drooping or under-projected tip, mild asymmetry, or a residual irregularity after previous surgery. It suits people who want to see the change before committing to an operation. It does not suit anyone whose main concern is nose width or overall size.
How it is done
A firm, structured filler is placed in small deposits against the nasal bones and cartilage under topical anaesthetic. The procedure takes about fifteen minutes and you watch the profile change in the mirror as it progresses.
Results and timing
Immediate, with minor swelling for two to three days. Results typically last twelve to eighteen months, often longer than filler elsewhere because the area moves very little.
Common questions
Is nose filler riskier than filler elsewhere?
Yes — meaningfully. The nose has a limited blood supply with few alternative routes, so a vascular complication there is more serious than in the cheek. This is why it matters that it is done by a doctor, with dissolving agent on hand.
Will it stop me having surgery later?
No, but tell your surgeon. Ideally allow filler to fully resolve, or have it dissolved, before a surgical rhinoplasty.
