Endolift
Endolift passes an optical fibre finer than a hair directly beneath the skin and delivers laser energy from the inside. It tightens the fibrous network, reduces small fat deposits and stimulates collagen.

What it treats
Jowls, a soft jawline, submental fullness under the chin, nasolabial heaviness, and laxity around the eyes and upper eyelid. It is particularly useful where there is both loose skin and a small amount of unwanted fat.
How it is done
Local anaesthetic, then the fibre is introduced through a tiny entry point and moved in a fan pattern beneath the skin. Thirty to sixty minutes depending on area. No stitches. There is no general anaesthetic and you walk out.
Results and timing
Swelling and some bruising for three to seven days — plan for genuine social downtime. Tightening is visible from a few weeks and continues improving for three to six months.
Common questions
Is Endolift surgery?
It is minimally invasive rather than surgical — no incision, no stitches, local anaesthetic only. But it is more interventional than injectable or surface treatments, and it should be treated as a procedure in its own right, with aftercare to match.
How long before I can go out?
Plan for a week. Swelling peaks around day two or three. Most patients arrange it around a quiet week.
