Profhilo
Profhilo is not a filler and does not add volume or shape. It is a highly concentrated stabilised hyaluronic acid that spreads through the tissue after injection, hydrating the skin from within and stimulating collagen and elastin. It treats skin quality rather than facial structure.

What it treats
Crepey, thinning, dehydrated skin that has lost its bounce. Particularly effective on the lower face, neck, décolletage and the backs of the hands — areas where traditional filler is unsuitable and where sun exposure in the Gulf takes an obvious toll.
How it is done
Five precise injection points per side, following an established anatomical map. The product then diffuses outward on its own. The full treatment is a course of two sessions, four weeks apart. Each appointment takes about fifteen minutes.
Results and timing
Skin looks better hydrated within a week or two, but the real change — firmness and elasticity from new collagen — builds over two to three months after the second session. Results last around six months, and most patients repeat twice a year.
Common questions
How is this different from filler?
Filler sits where you put it and creates shape. Profhilo deliberately spreads and creates skin quality. If your concern is a flat cheek, filler is usually the answer. If it is skin that looks tired and thin, that is what Profhilo is designed for.
Is there downtime after Profhilo?
Small raised blebs at each injection point, which settle within a few hours. Occasional bruising. Most people go back to work the same day.
