Morpheus8
Morpheus8 combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Insulated needles pass through the skin to a set depth and deliver heat into the deeper layers and the fat beneath, contracting tissue and remodelling collagen while resurfacing the surface at the same time.

What it treats
Skin laxity on the lower face, jowls and neck, acne scarring, enlarged pores, and general textural irregularity. The adjustable needle depth means the same device treats delicate skin and heavier tissue under the jaw appropriately.
How it is done
Topical anaesthetic for forty-five minutes beforehand, then a series of passes across the area. Forty-five to sixty minutes in total. A course of three sessions spaced a month apart is standard for scarring or significant laxity.
Results and timing
Redness and a sandpaper texture for two to three days, occasionally with mild swelling. Surface improvement appears within a couple of weeks; tightening and scar remodelling build over three months and continue after the course ends.
Common questions
Is Morpheus8 suitable for darker skin?
Generally, yes, and this is one of its real advantages. Because the energy is delivered below the surface rather than absorbed by pigment, the risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation is lower than with many lasers — lower, not absent, so settings and preparation still matter for Gulf and Middle Eastern skin types.
How does Morpheus8 compare with Ultherapy?
Ultherapy reaches deeper and lifts more. Morpheus8 does more for skin surface, scarring and texture. Where both would help, they are sometimes sequenced rather than combined.
