What it treats
Congestion, blackheads, dullness, dehydration and rough texture. It suits almost every skin type, including sensitive skin that reacts badly to stronger resurfacing. It is maintenance rather than transformation — do not expect it to treat scarring, deep lines or significant pigmentation.
How it is done
A sequence of handpieces: exfoliation, a gentle acid peel, vortex extraction, then infusion of hydrating and antioxidant serums. Boosters can be added for pigmentation or congestion. Thirty to forty-five minutes, and it is comfortable throughout.
Results and timing
Immediate. Skin looks brighter and feels smoother as you leave, and make-up can go on straight away. The effect lasts around a week to ten days at its peak, which is why it is popular before events and as monthly upkeep.
Common questions
How often should I have one?
Monthly is typical for maintenance. There is no benefit to more frequent treatment for most skin.
Can I have it before an event?
Yes — one of the few treatments here you can have the day before. Allow two days if your skin is reactive or if extractions are likely to be extensive.
Before you book. This page is general information, not medical advice. Whether this treatment suits you can only be decided at a consultation, after assessment. All procedures carry risks, which will be explained in full beforehand.
