What it treats
Hollowing and flattening of the mid-face caused by thinning fat pads, and the sagging that follows. It suits patients who want restored support and do not want the defined, sculpted look that structural filler produces.
How it is done
Injected deep, in small volumes, at defined points over the mid-face and temples. Typically a course of two sessions spaced a month apart, each taking around twenty minutes.
Results and timing
Subtle and progressive. Changes appear over six to twelve weeks as the product integrates and stimulates tissue. It is deliberately understated — patients are often told they look rested rather than treated.
Common questions
Can I have this and standard Profhilo together?
Yes, and they are frequently combined in a treatment plan — Structura for deep support, standard Profhilo for skin quality. Dr. Hussein will advise whether you need one, the other, or both.
Is Profhilo Structura reversible?
It is hyaluronic acid based, so it can be dissolved if necessary, though its diffuse placement means this is rarely required.
